    Sal brings over 18 years of experience and a deep-rooted passion for the craft. Born and raised in Sudan, he learned the art of butchery at a young age, developing skills grounded in tradition and precision. For the past 10 years, he has been an essential part of our team, upholding the highest standards in every cut. A dedicated professional and proud father, he now shares his knowledge with the next generation by teaching his children the time-honored techniques of butchery.

  • Plant Manager

    Our Plant Manager brings decades of hands-on experience and international perspective to our operations. Born in Hungary and having lived in Germany before moving to Canada in 1991, he began his career as a driver and quickly rose into a managerial position. With a deep understanding of every step in the operation, he plays a vital role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency across the board. A valued member of our team for the past 7 years, he is also a passionate hockey and soccer fan and is fluent in Hungarian, German, and English.

  • Account Manager

    Fayth brings a unique blend of culinary expertise and customer-focused service to the team. With 11 years of experience as a chef, she has a deep understanding of the food industry and a keen eye for quality and detail. Fayth has become a strong driver in relationship building with clients and ensuring their needs are met with care and precision. Her background in the kitchen allows her to connect with customers on all levels, offering insights and tailoring a purchasing experience for each individuals needs.
