    Sal brings over 18 years of experience and a deep-rooted passion for the craft. Born and raised in Sudan, he learned the art of butchery at a young age, developing skills grounded in tradition and precision. For the past 10 years, he has been an essential part of our team, upholding the highest standards in every cut. A dedicated professional and proud father, he now shares his knowledge with the next generation by teaching his children the time-honored techniques of butchery.

    Our Plant Manager brings decades of hands-on experience and international perspective to our operations. Born in Hungary and having lived in Germany before moving to Canada in 1991, he began his career as a driver and quickly rose into a managerial position. With a deep understanding of every step in the operation, he plays a vital role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency across the board. A valued member of our team for the past 7 years, he is also a passionate hockey and soccer fan and is fluent in Hungarian, German, and English.

With 11 years of experience as a chef, she has a deep understanding of the food industry and a keen eye for quality and detail.
